NORTHERN LIGHTS RETURN POLICY
Material may not be returned after 14 days from the original ship date. Prior approval is required for returns and must be accompanied by a return goods authorization number. All returned material must be in saleable (not previously installed) condition in the original packaging and factory cartons, along with complete hardware and installation instructions.
Returned material may be subject to a 25% restocking charge and return freight charges to the factory. Any shipping charges incurred will not be refunded.
